Our Activities
A- Project of developing the fishermen village in El-Max – Alexandria:
1.Reforming the village program:
This part works on reforming the village, involving its population and through their vision of the future of their village, aiming to have sustainable developmental efforts there.
2.Supporting young artists program:
This part work on activating the social responsibility of young artists through creating spaces for them to have direct contacts with the society. That is through Gudran approach of using art as an introduction to development and social change.
In both these parts, Gudran works on organizing different activities, which are:
a) Daily artistic workshops in the fisherman village El-Max for different categories.
b) Organizing a number of international artistic wok camps.
c) Holding some international artistic meetings.
d) Organizing a program for abolishing illiteracy of reading, writing and computer in the village.

3.Program of empowering youth of the village to manage development in their community:
It aims to sustain the youth's ability to administrate the development process, including training youth in the same local crafts needed by the village, such as maintaining boats for young men and embroidery or artistic sewing for young women.
B- The Café project:

This project aims to exploit the café to be an untraditional artistic and cultural space, entirely opened to the street with all its variables. Gudran attempts, through this space, to develop the café attendants, especially youth, as well as creating a new area for young artists to exist in the society.
C- The project if publicizing and using art as an introduction to development in new and different areas:
This project aims to publicize Gudran's methodology of work, motivating artists to work directly in there communities and emphasizing on importing of development areas with special and unique character.These areas which are endangered with marginalization and extinction.
